Excel Developers was founded by two young entreprenuers Mr. Ashish Nilawar and Mr.Uday Gijare in the year 2007 after gaining ample experience in Real Estate field.
Mr. Ashish has done his masters in Business Administration and Mr. Uday has completed his graduation in commerce and diploma in business administration. Both the partners have worked for more than 8-10 yrs in sales field on good managerial positions in MNC’s.
Excel Developers first layout at Murarpur and second at Vela (Hari), were sold out in record time. Recently Excel Developers has started its third layout at Mouza Pipla and the response received by the company is very encouraging. Company always tries to take all the necessary approvals before putting the layout on sale to ensure hassle free and transparent transaction. At the same time up market trends are always followed while launching a new layout to ensure maximum appreciation to investors.
